BOND YACHTS Ltd. is a modern producer, which is specialized in the production of floating units and all laminated goods. We are producer's of solid and interlayer laminates (sandwich) based on polyester, vinylster and epoxy resins, where both manual and spraying technologies are used. Our design capacity is about 15 t laminates pro month. We also specialize in tooling making for all kind of products. The female and male moulds are made using polyester and epoxy resigns, encased by steel frame. This latter tooling ensures the highest shape quality and excellent longevity. The company is a professional in furnishing the interiors of floating units, including electrical, hydraulic and driving systems. It provides furniture and fixtures, as well as equipment for sail yachts and power boats.
The company has a newly built and fully equipped production hall, warehouse, as well as offices and social rooms. The whole area of 3800 m2. Moreover, the company has also at its disposal the area of 23.000 m2 for further enlargement. The company complies with the requirements of ISO 9001, as well as it has CE for the products. Both the laminate and the assembly halls are equipped with two gantries of 3,5 t and with high quality ventilating and heating systems, which fulfill the European environment protection. Our potential is also an effect of hiring ca. 50 highly qualified employees, what together with our modern machinery stock, guarantees highest quality and professionalism of services.
